How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can only be purchased at the box office on the night you arrive. We accept cash and credit cards.


How much is admission per person?

Pricing info coming soon.

We accept cash as well as credit cards.


Is there a coupon?

Do you have any express lines?

No, but it is advised to come early to avoid long lines.




General Questions:

What ages of children would you recommend for this event?

We recommend children 10 years and older attend because of the very scary and frightful experiences they would encounter.  We've seen 7 & 8 year-olds go through and they had a great time.  It's different for each child.


What happens when I first arrive?

When you first arrive you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will direct you to the appropriate lines and answer any questions you may have.


When does The Haunt at Rocky Ledge open for the 2017 season?

Opening night for the 2017 season is Friday, October 6th, 2017.

Friday nights: 8 - 11 pm
Saturday nights: 7 - 11 pm
Sunday nights: 7 - 10 pm


Where is the The Haunt at Rocky Ledge located?

We are located on Old Orchard Street in North White Plains, NY. One mile up the road from the North White Plains Stop-n-Shop supermarket. To see a map, click here.


What time should I arrive?

The earlier the better. Lines usually start about 30 minutes prior to opening.


How many people are allowed at a time?

For safety reasons and maximum scares, 6 people in a group is the maximum allowed.


Is there a "SAFE" word if I am scared and do not want to continue?

There is no "SAFE" word but please alert one of our staff members and they will be able to escort you to the ticket booth to meet up with your family/friends.


Will I be separated from my group?

No, not by us, but you might run away through the woods screaming on your own!


Are we hosting "Children's Day" this year?

Sorry to disappoint, but unfortunately, we will not be hosting "Children's Day" this October.


Is The Haunt at Rocky Ledge wheelchair accessible?

No. Unfortunately the grounds are not wheelchair accessible.


What if it rains, will we close?

It depends, please check the website on the day of your visit for more information.

Generally it takes 30 minutes.


Is there a concession stand?

Yes, there is a snack bar with food and drinks for purchase at the conclusion of the event.


What if I am too scared halfway through, would I get a refund?

Sorry, no refunds.


Will any actors touch me?

No, we have a strict no contact rule in this haunt that includes patrons. Please do not touch anyone or anything and you will not be touched. Should intentional touching by a patron occur you will be immediately escorted off the premises without completing the event by our security team.


Are pictures/video allowed?

No, please refrain from taking photos, video, bringing flashlights, and glowsticks.


Can I go through the event again?

If you would like to go through the event again, you must purchase a new ticket.


Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free parking.


What if I have a medical condition?

All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with each and every attraction and agrees to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. This is an outdoor attraction which is held in the dark! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. You will experience rough terrain, audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; have heart, back, or respiratory problems.
