Tickets can only be purchased at the box office on the night you arrive. We accept cash and credit cards.

No, but it is advised to come early to avoid long lines.
The attraction is not recommended for small children and toddlers. We have had young children (7 & 8 year-olds) go through and have a great time and on the flip side, we've seen adults that can't make it through. It's different for each person.
Yes, but due to limited parking it is suggested to either be dropped off or carpool with larger groups. All drop offs are to be done in the parking lot; no guest will be allowed to drop off at the street level, you must drive up to the parking lot.
It's always best to arrive early in the night. The last group of guests enter the haunt 15 minutes before closing.
When you first arrive you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will direct you to the appropriate lines and answer any questions you may have.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Haunt at Rocky Ledge will be closed for the upcoming 2020 season.
We are located on Old Orchard Street in North White Plains, NY. One mile up the road from the North White Plains Stop-n-Shop supermarket. To see a map, click here.
The earlier the better. Lines usually start about 30 minutes prior to opening.
For safety reasons and maximum scares, 6 people in a group is the maximum allowed.
There is no "SAFE" word but please alert one of our staff members and they will be able to escort you to the ticket booth to meet up with your family/friends.

No, we have a strict no contact rule in this haunt that includes patrons. Please do not touch anyone or anything and you will not be touched. Should intentional touching by a patron occur you will be immediately escorted off the premises without completing the event by our security team.
No, please refrain from taking photos, video, bringing flashlights, and glowsticks.
If you would like to go through the event again, you must purchase a new ticket.
Yes, there is free parking.
